What happens when two musicians meet for the first time? They let their rhythms speak to each other and connect on a level where words fail. Bernhard Schimpelsberger met the masters of Rumba on his journey through Cuba and the resulting collaboration with Cuban artists, the music and rhythms are documented by the film Avenues.
