Synopsis

In 1885 Tennessee, brothers Jimmy and J.D. Barberis sell their deceased family’s land and head Westward in order to have a shot at a ‘fresh start’ in greener pastures. In order to maintain safer travels, the two band up with local petty criminals Bob Anderson and Amos Montgomery, loose acquaintances of J.D. who are also headed West.

It doesn’t take long for the group to take issue with Jimmy, who’s never been one for the outdoors. Tensions begin to arise as the Barberis’ companions begin to bully Jimmy more and more.
Tempers flare, secrets are revealed, and the dangers of the open road are nothing compared to the dangers of their fellow man.
