Evocazione Etrusca

Synopsis

“How many doors seem closed until we gather the courage to open them?”
In the evocative setting of the Art Museum of the Fondazione Luigi Rovati in Milan, dancer and choreographer Anna Olkhovaya delves into the exploration of the spaces and the exhibited works, allowing herself to be inspired to create a unique, site-specific choreography that blends the present with the Etruscan past. Every movement of the artist appears to be a response to the works surrounding her; enveloped by original music and a narrating voice, Anna transforms the museum space into a living stage. With a refined and elegant visual style, the short film “Evocazione Etrusca” takes the viewer on a journey within the self, where art and dance merge to create an unforgettable experience that celebrates history, beauty, and human creativity.
