Synopsis

Enzo is involved in an absurd trial on the disappearance of his ex girlfriend, where the accusation has the certainty of his guilt without knowing the truth about the people involved.

The continuous exchange between victim and executioner alludes to the absurdity of moralism, on the insensitivity of its certainties, that are often at the origin of the evil that moralism itself wanted to fight. From being misunderstood to become paternalistic, it’s a short step that opens the way to dull despotism, in a vicious circle more and more widespread in today’s society.

Someone defined it “Kafka meets Fellini”. But this film is in a struggle with definitions.
