Synopsis

Marta is a bright young girl like many others, but she is also subjected to constant psychological violence and abuse of power in her workplace: by her boss, who disguises it as jokes and joviality, and by her conscious but silent colleagues who, like many, pretend that everything is normal. The short film talks about the limits, the nuances and the suffering that a person experiences, when the violence is not the blatant kind, but the more subtle one, the one accepted in silence by society.
