Synopsis

In the short film ‘Beyond Silence’, we follow the seemingly perfect life of the Costa family in a country house. The mother, Sara, is a loving woman, while her husband, Marco, presents herself as a father and a caring husband. However, behind the closed doors, the reality is quite different. Marco is a dominant and violent man, who begins to criticize and mistreat Sara for his seemingly insignificant actions. The tension culminates in a moment of explosive violence, where Marco loses control and physically assaults Sara, also terrorizing their children.
