Shadows can appear with the light of the sun as well as with light in the dark of the night.

If on the one hand they urge us to go faster, on the other there is something about them that asks us to slow down, breathe and enjoy that moment.

The night is that time of day when silence or a whirlwind of thoughts, restlessness, can reign in our heads.

We are never alone, the shadows haunt us and don't let us sleep, sometimes they visit us in the form of the owls singing, sometimes the confusion and agitation of the mind is so much that they seem to turn into an inner party.

And what can we do? Dance to their sounds!

Not even for shadows that overcome us.
