Synopsis
CAN YOU TAKE THIS SERIOUSLY is a short film telling a self-identity discovery and exploration story using multiple perspectives in a children‘s book narration style. The film is aiming to feature philosophical discussions about self-identity and existence. It will also include the deconstruction of social gender, race, and identity norm. Traditional filmmaking skills, stop-motion animation techniques, and AR facial filters are used in the project to help with the multi-perspective narration.
