This short film explores bipolar disorder through the perspective of Mirror. During the
depressive phase, Mirror feels exhausted, and everything appears strange. In the manic
phase, Mirror becomes restless, acting impulsively and viewing the world with aggression.
The film is divided into three stages—normal, depressive, and manic—to help the
audience understand what it’s like to live with bipolar disorder every day.
