Gas bill collector Kemuyama (41) was in a hurry. His favorite underground idol, Yunopi is broadcasting live today. However, when he visits Ochiai (57), the last to visit today, he runs into two other members; a water bill collector and an electricity bill collector. To our surprise, Ochiai was behind on all his utility bills, and what is worse, had money only to pay for one of them.

The collectors start fighting over who will collect the money first. Gradually, it becomes clear why each three of them are so desperate in collecting the money.

Will Kemuyama be able to collect the money and watch his favorite Yunopi's live broadcast?
