“Kike” Hernández leads "El Caracol", a non-profit organization which provides educational support to street people in CDMX. During the COVID-19 contingency, “El Caracol” realized the need to safeguard their right to health. This is the story of “El Caracol” fight to guarantee access to vaccination and life for those marginated by the government.
