In a bleak campus, a round of tag begins. Six players, five preys, and a tagger. The act of chasing one after another feels like a ritual, almost a peremptory procedure, an undeniable shadow rather than a jovial game among good old mates. Noah (Harry Sibson) is selected as the ‘it’, as expected. While his rivalry with the megalomaniac Thomas (Edward Garbutt) culminates as their recreational virus eliminates the others, George (Dylan Cooper), Peter (Charlie Burke), Luka (Jake Dana), and John (Marshall shore) one by one. As the endless loop of tag weighs on them, Noah must defy the brutal regime of Thomas and find a way to liberate himself from the inferno of subterfuge and distrust.
