Humanity is at the peak of technological progress: we've solved problems that seemed impossible for millennia, yet we've never felt so fragile. As well-being grows, a silent epidemic of anxiety threatens to overwhelm us all, striking hardest among the young. But are younger generations truly more anxious than those of the past? Through ten interviews with people aged 10 to 100, this documentary explores how our relationship with anxiety has changed.
