Synopsis

"The House Fly" is a 1958 educational short film documenting the house fly. House flies may be found almost everywhere that man lives. They are the carriers of germs which cause many serious diseases. Using magnified illustrations of structural details, the film describes the feeding and digestive systems and breeding habits. The details of their structure and life history explained - why the house fly is such a menace to health. The film concludes with sanitation procedures necessary to control the house fly menace.
