This short film is inspired by a stormy same-sex relationship in the Manawan community of the Atikamekw Nation, which led to a suicide. Since 2004, Wapikoni Mobile has been giving Indigenous youth the opportunity to speak out using video and music. This short film was made with the guidance of the traveling Wapikoni Mobile studios and is part of the 2007 Selection—Wapikoni Mobile DVD.

Bloodbath are an extreme metal supergroup from Stockholm, Sweden. Formed in 2000, with a mutual fascination for the glory days of death metal, the band's line up boasts an all-star cast. Anders Nyström and Jonas Renkse (Katatonia), Mikael Akerfeldt (Opeth) and musician and producer extraordinaire Dan Swanö are joined by Martin "Axe" Axenrot, also from Opeth, for 'The Wacken Carnage'. 'The Wacken Carnage' features Bloodbath on relentless form at a rare live appearance captured on 6th August 2005 at the infamous Wacken Festival, Germany, with the unmistakable vocal prowess of Mikael Akerfeldt backed up by a solid wall of buzzsaw death metal riffing. Bloodbath pulverise the senses (and the audience) with a stream of classics spanning their recording career to date.

Meckseper's parodic high-octane video 0% Down (2008) engages the politics of consumerism that undeniably extend to the automotive industry. Meckseper edited the most militaristic and aggressive sequences of campaigns produced by various manufacturers—including Ford, Saab, Mazda, Toyota, Mercedes, and Chevrolet—into a six-minute, black-and-white montage. Boyd Rice’s industrial noise anthem “Total War" accompanies the imagery. As a male voice shouts, “Do you want? Yes you want…Total War!” seemingly indestructible cars are glorified in implausible scenarios. A military aircraft morphs into an SUV, a truck drives through swinging metal beams in a rock quarry, and a sedan plays chicken with a fighter jet. While similar types of commercials run daily on American television sets, when grouped together in 0% Down, they appear absurd. - UTexas

Just sensitively explores the idea that "the received paradigm of a man's journey is that he always returns to the point of departure expecting to find his home and wife unchanged, unaffected. Benedikte's experience, by contrast, is one of pleasurable displacement - she becomes a nomad in her own mind, never returning to her former status quo." Shot on a remote island and on a dilapidated Polish ferry, the trilogy also features an original soundtrack by Theremin composer Dorit Chrysler and American transgender singer/songwriter, Baby Dee.
