A supposedly deaf-mute peddler, who roams the countryside as a dance vendor and day laborer, meets a single woman who keeps her desire for closeness at a distance with anonymous phone sex. The two emotional Eskimos attract and repel each other, lie to and desire each other, perform egg dances on frosty-thin ground, fight for affection and a goldfish always ready to break out.

How well can movies reproduce the reality we see? Cinema used to record and reproduce the movements of the scene using a camera (photograph), a device that records the scene in terms of perspective. Is it true? Isn't it possible that our way of seeing things, on the contrary, was created by photographs and movies, or by paintings based on perspective that existed before then? This film provokes the way of viewing films cultivated in this way.

In 1973, a group of grassroots activists launched an adult literacy project in the Villa Obrera neighborhood, on the outskirts of Centenario, Neuquén province, drawing on Cuban experiences and those developed by Paulo Freire in the 1960s. This initiative was filmed by professional photographer Raúl Rodríguez, with the goal of creating a film that would be useful for other neighborhoods and also provide a testament to the work accomplished. Thirty years later, "I Use My Hands, I Use My Ideas" rescues these images and the testimonies of those who participated in the project, a precursor to national literacy campaigns. It was an experience that drew on popular support and aimed to transform the traditional concept of education, fostering a critical reading of reality.
