John and his goons dress as ghosts to steal from and frighten the townspeople, but the friends discover the ruse after seeing a fake ghost and realizing the builder's involvement. To combat the fake ghosts, Dr. Jhatka creates a special "invisibility powder" to turn the tables on John and the builder.
