Dimensional Loop

Dimensional Loop

2001 • 5 min • Japan
The story of an apparitious extraterrestrial and a vertically mobile prepubescent. "Dimension Loop" is an original animation by Koji Morimoto. This work displays visuals with a speed unlike any other piece directed by Morimoto. Unfolding visual images together with the gentle and in some ways nostalgia-evoking singing voice of Kicell, compel you to slip into the feeling of floating lightly on air. The refined sense of taste of the world of visual images is produced in a monotone. The characters transcend dimensions and link to each other…where do they finally end up?

The Strategy of Failure

The Strategy of Failure

2001 • 58 min • France
My various experiences in the field of failure have allowed me to highlight specific areas in which it is crucial to get disorganized and to recognize the steps to be taken to end in ineffective management. This sentence is totally incomprehensible. It's normal. The longer the sentences, the less we understand them. It is the strategy of failure. To help us understand the failure and illustrate this video, we will need two men who we will call Luc for further misunderstanding. We will also need a woman whom we will call Sylvie for hygiene reasons.
Spooge

Spooge

2001 • 40 min
Back in the day day, I did this crazy documentary across the world entitled “Spooge”. This documentary would not have been possible without Director of Photography Anatoli Taldykin, Associate Producer Sergio Love, Executive Producer Matt Bongiovi, Music Supervisor Dave Curtin, Editor Sheila Moreland, and Co-Director Anthony Michaels. Thank you so much you guys for making this happen. Yes, that’s Fred Durst singing backgrounds to “Looking for My Yoko” in the opening, and of course our buddy Bobby Lee is in there doing what Bobby Lee does. Some of the other people that pop up are Laurence Fishburne and many more surprises. This was produced in the late 90s/early 2000s. Some of the locations we visited were New York City, Cannes Film Festival, Des Moines, IA — well just watch it, I’m all over the place bro! I’m all over the place spoogin’! Enjoy my documentary SPOOGE, doooooodz!

This powerful and disturbing documentary covers the outcry approaching the release of Robert Thompson and Jon Venables, the two 10 year old boys who killed 2 year-old James Bulger in 1993. It also explores claims that their punishment has been a sham, as reporter Deborah Davies investigates how inmates at secure units are treated and interviews experts to learn whether eight years has been sufficient time to successfully rehabilitate the pair.
