An experimental fiction cut into six distinct parts that present the feeling of love as “precarious” fragments of identity. The ambition of these fragments is to retranscribe the personal affect of the film author as much as the more general one of a collective and common imaginary.

Eventually the priests separate and Rodrigues travels the countryside, wondering why God remains silent while His children suffer.“ I love this movie since i found this text! And i wanted to translate this story to an abstract short avantgarde film. I was inspired by the paintings of Sanchez Cotan, who lived in this time the story is located. I want to show the develpoment of the emotions of the two priests. The drama is, that everything can be excused in the catholoic church. Except the Apostasia - the doubt to the faith in God. You can steel, murder or lie. You go to confession and everything is forgotten. But doubting is unforgivable.

How do younger queers who have never known a world without AIDS, including the accompanying prevention and treatment strategies that have been popularized over the last two decades, relate to the history of the epidemic and to those that managed to survive its earlier conditions? This is the central question that motivates this project’s focus on the HIV/AIDS epidemic and how its meaning has shifted and changed along generational lines.

With the present day prevalence of the internet, it seems all areas of the world are accessible from any location. 'Google Earth' embodies this. The 'Turf' exhibition (05/2012) allowed viewers interactively to zoom and scroll over the films 'map', able to view the events taking place, but unable to affect them.

Kim’s film reflects on matriarchy, domesticity, and Korean society in poetic form: the footage is interspersed with surreal and dreamlike scenes of choreographed actions, strange gestures, and repetitive daily activities. Voiceover and written text from various sources, such as an interview with the artist’s childhood nanny, weave throughout the film. The soundtrack was developed with Kim’s frequent collaborator, the musician David Michael DiGregorio, known as dogr.

This is the story of a man marked by a childhood image. The scene that disturbed him by its violence, and whose meaning he would only manage to understand much later... With these sentences, narrated in voice-over, begins Chris Marker's film La Jetée, and which in this video come to open the question of how does one come to have a memory that one never had? Memory, metonymy, desire, abjection, childhood, belonging and photography appear here as loose pieces of a reconstruction of the scene, where the absence of a body, that of the witness, and the presence of another, a victim, constitute the staging of the way in which individual memory and testimony are complexly intertwined with collective memory. We are not privileged witnesses of the scene, except by the desire for the scene.

A travel memoir on two projectors: one reel is black and white, the other color. The films are superimposed at the time of projection, and edited together during a live performance in which I use chinese fans as external shutters. By blocking the light of one projector with a fan, the image of the other shines through. The sound is played on a small electronic Buddhist "chant box", which is passed through the audience during the performance.

This silent 8mm short was filmed in 2012 and hand-developed using Caffenol, a home-made developer based on instant coffee and vitamin C.

Since the advent of acid house in the late 80s, British techno music has been in a long, baffling search for some sort of universal lowest common denominator. Breakbeat, digital hardcore, and gabber all made strong efforts in the race for the bottom, but none of them holds a candle to Donk. Combining the 150bpm madness of happy hardcore with indecipherable North English rap and then overlaying the whole mess with a single, infuriating "donk" sound, Donk may well be the apotheosis of all ridiculous dance music to date. It is also the only local thing going for an entire population of working-class kids with dwindling outside prospects. We meet up with Black Out Crew, commonly referred to as the Beatles of the Donk scene. Their video "Put a Donk On It!" has almost 4 million views on YouTube. So come along for some ecstasy fueled all nighters into the bizarre scene that is Donk.

A short shot made from a train traveling from south to north through East Croydon station is cut into three-frame sections, each of which is looped for ten seconds. Each loop advances by one one frame at a time. The looping process generates complex artifacts and kinetic illusions in the image.

In this expressionistic film, VHS footage has been projected and refilmed several times with different cameras until it breaks down and takes on a fluid quality, reminiscent of watercolour or ink, to create a unique and hypnotic image.
