On the night before their wedding, a bride and groom discover that their future together is only one of a million possibilities.

In September 2011 R.E.M., the rock band from Athens, Georgia, decided to call it a day after 31 years. This collection from the BBC archives includes performances of Pretty Persuasion from the Old Grey Whistle Test in 1984, Orange Crush on Top of the Pops in 1989 and special acoustic versions of Losing My Religion and Half a World Away on The Late Show in 1991, along with performances on Later with Jools Holland and Parkinson. Also, vocalist Michael Stipe and bassist Mike Mills reflect on the band's ending.

The starting point of this film project is Arthur Eddington’s 1919 expedition to the island of Príncipe, a Portuguese colony in the Gulf of Guinea, to observe the effects of a total solar eclipse. There are no photographic records of the experience. Only a stone stele mounted upon a whitewashed plinth —at the approximate spot where the eclipse was observed— reminds us that Eddington’s achievement signified the verification of Albert Einstein’s theory of relativity.

I have been working closely with a taxidermy fish for several months, making replica soft sculptures of it and thinking about the culture and attitudes surrounding the strange thing that is a taxidermy fish. I decided to do a performance with the object and the only way I could was to be a mermaid, with a lingering fisherman.

It is a story that has left many questions unanswered, and the programme provides an intriguing hypothesis that the ship that plummeted two miles to the bottom of the sea was not the Titanic but its sister ship the Olympic. This film is based upon the research of Andrew Newton and includes the evidence of the British and American inquiries, the eye witness reports of survivors, newspapers of the day, photographs, video, film and radio broadcasts. The views and opinions presented in this film are based on actual evidence and legitimate inference. It may be the ultimate conspiracy – or could it be the truth?

This film reveals the exquisite machinery of the human cell system from within the inner world of the cell itself - from the frenetic membrane surface that acts as a security system for everything passing in and out of the cell, the dynamic highways that transport cargo across the cell and the remarkable turbines that power the whole cellular world to the amazing nucleus housing DNA and the construction of thousands of different proteins all with unique tasks. The virus intends to commandeer this system to one selfish end: to make more viruses. And they will stop at nothing to achieve their goal.
