A documentary that benefits from the direct participation of STD/AIDS prevention agents from the Rainbow Citizenship project, of the Municipal Health Secretariat, who work with their peers, the gay public, in various regions of São Paulo. By providing a greater knowledge of the gay universe in the city, the documentary favors the debate, the reflection on the situation of vulnerability of men who have sex with men, enables a greater understanding of reality and contributes to a better confrontation of the HIV/AIDS epidemic in the city of São Paulo.

A couple, after 7 years together, finally buy a spacious and central apartment. After a few months they want to sell it at any price. They suspect that the new home causes deep upheavals in their routine, because of the unusual events that happen there.

This animal can darken or lighten its body color, and is not easily visible to the human eye because of its adeptness at camouflaging its form. When the male reaches the mating season, it decorates the surrounding area with beautifully shining jewels and stones of various color to lure the female, whom is attracted to shining light, and makes secretive and hallucinatory the place in which the mating will take place.

Few weapons achieve iconic status, but the samurai sword would definitely belong at the top of that short list. Samurai Sword: Making of a Legend examines the weapon's rich history, painstakingly detailed artistry, and spiritual significance. Viewers witness each step of the swordsmith process throughout the course of the film. We're shown the careful selection of each of the sword's raw materials, its first casting in unbearably hot temperatures and the many months that are devoted to perfecting the weapon's final design and presentation. It's impossible not to be awed by the exacting detail and diligence with which these artists work. Even more remarkable are the characteristics that make each of the swords unique; no one sword is the exactly the same as another.

As well as the usual challenges of touring, this band has to contend with aspergers, down syndrome, blindness and deafness. But this doesn’t stop them from rocking out. The documentary of the same name follows Rudely Interrupted from the pub stages of Melbourne, to the UN in New York, Canada and the UK.

Papyrellas, or papyrus boats, are often represented on the terracottas, paintings and mosaics of ancient Egypt. The papyrus plant, however, disappeared from the Egyptian countryside centuries ago, and one must travel to Ethiopia to see such craft, locally known as tankwas. The papyrus reed grows on the banks of Lake Tana, a lake that lies at 1850 metres above sea level and through which the Blue Nile flows, by more than 4000 km far from the river ' s mouth. The local inhabitants use the long stems of this plant to build their boats. Bundles of dried papyrus, laid end to end with a slight overlap, are lashed to an untrimmed pole of eucalyptus wood that acts as a sort of keel. Its length depends on the end use : from 1 metre for those built for children, up to 12 metres for the largest that are used to transport cargoes of wood, fish or as ferries carrying a dozen passengers from one bank of the Nile to the other.
