This also burns the roots of the hard heather that the pipe is made of. Also, grease accumulates inside the pipe, absorbing water and creating cracks. The music used was recorded from shortwave broadcasts.

Mugen Majin Psycho Hunter D [Katsugeki Edition] This work was created over four days from August 8th to August 11th, 1992. This is a fun piece created by a group of working adults involved in independent film production during their summer vacation. I'd be happy if you could just enjoy watching it while enjoying a beer without worrying too much about it. (Are you spoiled?)

Frans Hals (1582-1666) was a portrait painter with a unique style, admired for its originality and vivacity not only by the Impressionists but also by artists like van Gogh or Picasso. Very little documentation of his life exists today, so this film uses the thorough contemplation of his canvases as the key to his story. Works by the landscape artists and still-life painters of his time help to illustrate the age in which he lived. The film furthermore exemplifies the elaborate conventions of portraiture at the time.

A young woman in high heels does gymnastics in her garden. “That’s me”, says an elderly voice on the soundtrack. These home movies feature scenes from high society life in Hungary in the 1930s and 1940s. Fifty years on, the unnamed ‘Lady’ of the title reminisces about the dinner parties, fashions and social etiquette of the times. The second part of the film shows footage from her country estate. We see shooting parties, garden parties and her husband on his prized English thoroughbred, as well as farm labourers doing the back-breaking manual work that kept the property operating. Forgacs then introduces footage of the woman shot in the 1990s. She walks gingerly around the property, which is now uninhabited and overgrown. He weaves the old and new images together; a gesture begun in one time is finished in another. A strange dialogue is created between the elderly woman and her younger self, accompanied by the trance-like music of Tibor Szemzo.
