THE SPINSTER is a performance art/video art single-channel movie about an office worker who lives to draw in the classical style. I used Method acting to develop the character by drawing every day for two months so that I could draw on camera without cues, diagrams or even anatomical models. Except for a few minutes of documentary style footage taken my husband, this is a one-man movie. The movie was shot on first-gen Canon Vixias, except for the street scenes, which were shot on a Flip.

She was the sister in law of Leigh Erickson and of Freydis Erickdóttir (who are also characters of the Tv series "Vikings Valhalla" season 1 and 2). Therefore she was part of the famous Viking Erick the Red's family. Her child "Snorri" was the first European to be born in North America. Later she even went in pilgrimage from Iceland to Rome in Vatican where she was received by the pope, who was interested to know more about her travels to the new unexplored lands. Then she returned to Iceland where she lived as a nun for the rest of her life. Three of her direct descendent were among the first bishops of Iceland. AWARDS:

Mickey has built a robot to compete in the boxing ring against the giant gorilla, the Kongo Killer. Whenever it hears Minnie's car horn, it goes crazy and starts punching any picture of Killer that it sees, even if it's on a brick wall, thus hurting itself. Mickey manages to barely patch his robot together to take on Killer, but after some early success, it gets pummeled by the ape. Minnie fetches the car horn, which brings it back, and it trounces Killer, then flies apart.
