Warners' "economy cartoon," repackaging footage from earlier Tweety and Sylvester chases with new footage. In this one, Sylvester tells a psychiatrist of his frustration at not being able to catch Tweety, his repeated failures illustrated through past cartoons featuring the canary and puddy tat. Apparently, Sylvester's sob story puts the doctor to sleep, and upon the doctor's waking up, realizes he's got to fly (literally, by flapping his arms) to Detroit. Sylvester jumps out the window to fly after the psychiatrist.

This is one of Disney's finest efforts. It shows just how incredibly diverse and compelling this planet we inhabit truly is and the camera work is atounding! Of course, as is the Mouse's nature, it is not in print. The best one can manage is that it runs from time to time on the Disney Channel during "Vault Disney" in the wee hours. It is most decidedly worth seeing. There are more things in heaven and on Earth than are dreamt of in our philosophy. How true! Recommended!

When Joe calmly claims that he lives alone out in the middle of nowhere without a car, Vivian, the menacing leader is immediately suspicious and a delicate game of cat and mouse ignites. Vivian seeks to unveil the secret Joe protects, while Joe carefully learns the backstory of these contrasting criminals and steers a plan by nurturing a conversation with the slower, simpler Jane. Surreal sequences reinforce the feeling of an in-between state while the repeating sound of the music box seems not to let us go. The story with its monotonous, trance-like sequences provides insights into contradicting experiences from the artist's everyday life and invites us to engage with our surroundings, whether awake or dreaming.
