We take two actors and have them perform one scene in two languages - English and Italian. How different would the scene become when performed in a different language?

A woman is waiting for someone to arrive as the sounds in the room become increasingly intense mirroring her impatience. AWARDS:

Dr. Beck Jenkins, a Sharkologist, notices sharks acting strangely. He decides to investigate their behaviour, but something seems to suggest a World War Two science experiment may be involved.

Pluto rescues a bag of kittens from the river. He feels rejected, then, as Mickey ignores him and blames him for damage the kittens do. His angel and devil sides argue with him. Pluto gets thrown outside. The kittens also find their way outside, and fall into the well, where Pluto's angel side wins out as he rescues them once again and is finally recognized as a hero.

The life of Rachel Amado Bortnick, one of the last generation of native speakers of Ladino (Judeo-Spanish), is explored through songs, photographs, cooking and stories.

"Fleshy Headed Mutants of 2051", that tells the tale of aliens who visit the Earth, and the people who have to deal with them. The aliens are each dressed in a sheet (looking a lot like kids on Halloween), and also wearing sunglasses. It appears that every expense was spared on this production.

Mr. Magoo brings in his mail opening up a flyer for a store's "83rd Anniversary Sale". Magoo thinks that the flyer is a letter from his mother about her "83rd birthday" and begins to worry that maybe he hasn't spent enough time with his mother lately. He goes to pay his mother a visit to make up for lost time but upon arriving, Mother Magoo doesn't quite appreciate Magoo's attempts at being helpful such as baking a feather duster thinking it to be a turkey dinner. So she uses psychology to eventually persuade him to go back home (at least until next year).

Two stylized nursery rhymes are shown. First is "The House That Jack Built" as told with a variety of characters composed of letters that spell out their names (Example: the cow is made up of an intertwined C, O, and W). Next is "Old MacDonald Had a Band" (no, not farm) in which Old MacDonald and his band give way with a hot jazz number (even his animals play instruments). The piece comes to an end when Old MacDonald's wife is tired of doing all the housework and gives him a swift whack on his head with her rolling pin.

Sadako was two years old when the A-bomb exploded on Hiroshima. She and her family emerged apparently unscathed. Ten years later, however, Sadako becomes ill and is diagnosed as having leukemia.

A pianist called Enrico Leroux, who's fallen from grace, gets hired by sorcerer Barak and forced to live under a curse which turns him into an undead being.The curse is related to a peculiar song, titled "Risveglio per un Requiem", which the protagonist isn't able to finish. During his creative struggle, he gets involved in a series of wicked events within a parish church. Original/Alternative Title: The Phantom Mass

Spike has just washed his pup. Tom and Jerry's chase knocks him into a mud puddle. Spike makes Tom clean him up again and promise to keep him clean which of course is Jerry's opening to get Tom in trouble.

In 1995, to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the invention of the Cinématographe, the first motion-picture camera that served also as a projector, forty film directors were asked to each contribute a short film, following a specific set of limitations. Using the original camera patented by Louis Lumière and Auguste Lumière, David Lynch entwines the ordinary with the extraordinary, in three "takes". After the gruesome discovery of a dead body by three police officers, a woman in a living room starts to feel that something is wrong. Then, a trio of scantily-clad women walk toward the camera, and in a flash of smoke, the viewer is transported to an eerie laboratory, to see something that should not be seen. In the end, the camera returns to the room from the second take, and the policeman informs the distraught woman of his findings, as the shadow of a sinister figure lingers in the window. The short films were released as the anthology film, Lumière et compagnie (1995).

1883, Baycliff, an isolated English village on the Irish Sea. Two women's friendship becomes passion. Cynara, a sculptor, alone, befriends Byron, a visitor who's left Paris in unhappiness. They ride horses, talk, play chess, and exchanging tenderness. Byron inspires Cynara as she sculpts, Cynara becomes Byron's muse as she writes. Then each imagines expressing physical passion to the other, Cynara's visions in black and white, Byron's in color. Their touches remain brief. Does respectability hold them back? Guy Putterson wants nothing more than to hit a hole in one, but it's hard to roll his shot when the golf ball is a cube! As Tom and Jerry stage their typical fight sequences, the patriotic soldier theme of the title is evidenced by such things as a carton of eggs labeled "Hen Grenades"; Jerry dropping light bulbs from an airplane like bombs; and Jerry sending a telegram with the message "Sighted Cat - Sank Same." Musical phrasings from various patriotic war songs are heard throughout.

Dr Langdon is about to leave work, when she is struck from behind. She wakes in a room with several dead bodies and a lone 'survivor' who can't remember who he is or why he's here. Can she figure out the truth? Or will she run out of time?

This video animates one of the hilarious stories by Matt "Limo" Markus. In this tale, Matt and Benny steal beer from a convenience store in Eureka, California as told in "Da (Drunken) Tortise & Da (Vigalante) Hare." The story is one of Matt's accounts published in the Limo Zine anthology by FLUKE PUBLISHING. This escapade is to brought to life with animated characters drawn by academy award nominated cartoonist Bill Plympton with voice over by his lifelong friend Bennie Goodson.
